  • The Vinyl Tool Cartridge is used to cut designs out of vinyl material that Cartridgeuses a special blade to cut the Vinyl which has been temporarily adhered to a piece of matboardthe matboard to create the design.

  • These vinyl designs can be applied to glass and other surfaces like any other traditional vinyl cutout.
