The Positioning Toggle indicates whether objects are positioned from the Top or from the Bottom layer as indicated by the Arrow Direction, such as when placing V-Grooves or using the Guides.
Default Settings:
See Admin > Editor Bottom Layer/Top Layer Positioning Toggle: Editor Default Setting for the default setting for the Positioning Toggle.
See Admin > Defaults Layer Direction: Application Default Setting for the default settings for the Layer Direction.
Positioning Toggle Arrow Up positions and aligns objects from the Top Layer.
Positioning Toggle Arrow Down positions and aligns objects to the Bottom Layer.
