Right-Click on the Guide and select Remove Guide(s) or Inactivate Guides.

Guide Definition
A Guide is a Red line marker which can direct the motion or positioning of objects.
The sides and centers of Objectscan snap to the Guide Lines.
Click on the Ruler around the design and drag toward the center to place a Guide.
Select the Guide and click Properties to edit the position or drag it where desired.

New Guide Button
Select the opening.
Click the New Guide button on the Alignment tab.
Select the desired direction and placement to place a Guide onto the Editor.

Middle
Bottom
The Guide is placed in the specified position of the opening.

Note: To place a Guide a specified distance to the Inside of an object, select New Guide From Other and select the desired direction and placement using negative numbers.
This can also be used to assist with aligning openings in additional addition to Guides.

Auto Alignment Definition
The Auto Alignmentfunction displays bluealignment lines as you move an object and it lines up to another object in Designer,Traceand Nesting, making aligning openings easier.
This can be toggled on/off in the Options menu for Designer and Trace.
