Not Cutting the Outside

Select Off from the Outside Cut Options dropdown control to not cut the Outside of the mat.
The Outside of the mat will not be cut.
Optionally, select one of the other Outside Cut Options to cut the Outside of the mat.

Select Options Menu > Cut Outside to cut the outside of the mat.
