This box consists of a base and a separate lid.
The base and lid can be cut separately.
Note: If cutting thicker material, make sure that the thickness field accurately reflects the thickness of the material.
Cut out the lid and base of the box at the desired dimension.
Fold the lid section along the creasing edges.
Fold the reinforcement tabs backwards along the creasing edges.
Fold in the inner tabs toward the center of the box.
Fold the end of the box over the inner tabs.
As you fold the end of the box over, let the reinforcement tabs line up to the inside of the box sides.
The reinforcement tabs will line up to the inside of the box sides.
Repeat these steps to the other end of the box
Rotate the box if desired.
Fold the side of the box over the reinforcement tabs that are lined up to the inside of the box.
Tuck the tabs of the box sides into the slots in the bottom of the box, securing it in place.
The tabs will be inserted into the slots at the bottom of box.
Repeat the steps on the other side of the box.
Repeat the steps on the top of the box.
Place the lid on top of the base.
The Archival Reinforced Shell Box is assembled.
