Select desired Cartridge Tab

Select the desired Bevel Type from Current Bevel Type.

Edit the desired Configuration field.

titleHow to Adjust the Interior Overcut

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

V-Groove Cut Direction and Cut Order

Tip
  • The Inside of the V-Groove cuts First in a Clockwise direction.

  • These are Internal cuts, which cut into the V-Groove Fallout.

Tip
  • The Outside of the V-Groove cuts Second in a Counter-Clockwise direction.

  • These are External cuts, which cut into the Matboard.

The V-Groove Interior Overcut controls where the Blade Retracts from the Fallout (not the Matboard) on the Interior cuts of the Inside Cut of the V-Groove.

The Interior Cut is where the Blade Plunges or Retracts from the Fallout (not the Matboard).  

If the Interior Overcut on the Inside Cut of the V-Groove is cut Too Long, Decrease the Interior Overcut on V-Grooves.

The V-Groove Interior Overcut field is marked with a White Arrow on the Configurations screen and the Map illustration.
