  • Guides Toggle Off allows object edges to be placed without snapping to the Guide lines.

  • Click the New Guide button on the Alignment tab.Optionally, Right-Click on the opening and select the Guide direction.

  • Select the desired direction and placement to place a Guide onto the Editor.

    • New Vertical Guide

      • Left

      • Middle

      • Right

    • New Horizontal Guide

      • Top

      • Middle

      • Bottom

  • The Guide is placed in the specified position of the opening.

  • Note: To place a Guide a specified distance to the Inside of an object, select New Guide From Other and select the desired direction and placement, using negative numbers.
