  • The Normal Bevel is when the Angle of the blade cuts the Matboard surface so it Slants Away from the surface of the Matboard, and the Matboard Core is Seen from the front. Also referred to as Standard or Forward bevel.

  • Cutting From the Back will cut with the face of the mat toward the CMC Board, and can be selected on the Cutting Preview.

  • The Bevel Type is the Angle that the blade cuts on the Matboard/Fallout surface when it is not cut at a 90° right angle.

  • Select Normal Bevelfrom the Current Bevel Type dropdown control to edit this configuration.
