Old PathTrace Files May Not Display Properly on the Editor

  • If your older PathTrace design layers were traced from the inside to the outside of the design, the entire design may not display properly on the Editor.

  • This is because the FrameShop Editor displays the top layer of the CutArt, which when traced from the inside-out, is the inner-most mat.

  • When you bring the design to the Cutting Preview, the entire design will display and cut properly.

  • It is not necessary to retrace the design, but if desired, you can bring these designs back into Trace and retrace them from the outside-in (outside-most layer toward the inner-most layer), so that all of the layers will display on the Editor.
