Width Adjustment (V-Groove)

Problem:

• The V-Groove width is cut too largewide/too smallthin.

Resolution:

• Adjust the V-Groove Width Adjustment.

• The Width Adjustment controls the width of the V-Groove lines.

Outside Rotation (V-Groove) 

Problem:

• The Outside V-Groove cuts with a Swoop/Flare.

Resolution:

• Adjust the 

• Outside Rotation.

• The Outside Rotation controls for Swoopsand Flaresfor outside cuts on non-oval V-Grooves.

Inside Rotation (V-Groove) 

Problem:

• The Inside V-Groove cuts with a Swoop/Flare.

Resolution:

• Adjust the 

• Inside Rotation on a Non-Oval V-Groove.

• The Inside Rotation controls for Swoopsand Flaresfor inside cuts on non-oval V-Grooves.

Outside Oval Rotation (V-Groove)  

Problem:

• The Outside Oval V-Groove cuts with a Feather/Bump.

Resolution:

• Adjust the 

• Outside Oval Rotation on the Outside cut of an Oval V-Groove.

• The Outside Oval Rotation controls for Bumpsand Feathers on the outside cuts of oval V-Grooves.

Inside Oval Rotation (V-Groove)  

Problem:

• The Inside Oval V-Groove cuts with a Feather/Bump.

Resolution:

• Adjust the 

• Inside Oval Rotation on the Inside cut of an Oval V-Groove.

• The Inside Oval Rotation controls for Bumpsand Feathers on the inside cuts of oval V-Grooves.

Horizontal Adjustment (Tool Specific) 

Problem:

• The Tool Object is applied in the wrong place Horizontally.

Resolution:

• Adjust the Horizontal Adjustment for the Deboss, Pen or Vinyl tool.

• The Horizontal Adjustment controls where the Tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl) is applied Horizontally.

Vertical Adjustment (Tool Specific) 

Problem:

• The Tool Object is applied in the wrong place Vertically.

Problem:

• Adjust the Vertical Adjustment for the Deboss, Pen or Vinyl tool.

• The Vertical Adjustment controls where the Tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl) is applied Vertically.

Depth Setting (Tool Specific) 

Problem:

• The Tool is applied at the wrong blade depth.

Resolution:

• Adjust the optimum 

• Depth Setting for the Deboss, Pen or Vinyl tool.

• The Depth Setting controls the Blade Depth for the Tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl).

Corner Pause (ms) (Tool Specific)  

Problem:

• The Tool is tearing the matboard.

Resolution:

• Adjust the amount of time to Pause in the corners, in milliseconds, when applying the Deboss, Pen or Vinyl tool.

• The Corner Pause is the amount of time, in milliseconds, to pause the application of the non-blade Tools (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl).

Overshoot (Tool Specific) 

Problem:

• The Tool line is applied too long/too short.

Resolution:

• Adjust the Overshoot

• The Overshoot controls how far past the end of the segment

• to apply the Tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl

• ). This is similar to an Overcut.

Plunge (Tool Specific) 

Problem:

• Select whether to Plunge/Unplunge the Tool between segmentsThe matboard tears in the corner when using a non-blade Tool.
