Design in MatDesigner, Bring into PathTrace

In MatDesigner create a 4 layer oval.

Layer 2 will be the distance of the triangles from the circle. So, for instance:

  • Layer 3 is .25 reveal

  • Layer 2 is 1” reveal.

  • Layer 1 is .25” reveal.

Put in a 2 layer Rectangle.

Center both objects.

Save as a Path.

Break all Intersections

Edit > Break all Intersections.

This breaks up the design. Every place where one entity crosses over another entity, is broken at the place where they cross over.

Join Segments

Click Prep Design tab.

Click Join Segments.

Click upper left inner corner of the rectangle, then click on the outer corner of the circle.
