This box is a clam-shell box, where the top folds and encloses around the bottom piece. This is cut from one piece of material.

Cut out the box at the desired dimension.

Fold the box sections along the creased edges.

Fold in the inner flaps and attach them to the side of the box with hot glue.

Fold in the inner flaps and attach them to the side of the box with hot glue.

Do the same with the other side of the box.

Fold the box in half, tucking the bottom half of the box into the top half to secure the box.

The box is assembled.
