Add a V-Groove | |

Click the Add V-Groove Opening button on the opening tab. | |
If an object is selected, you will see the V-Groove Offset screen. Enter distance from the current object to place V-Groove and click OK. | |
The V-Groove is placed on the work space. If an object is not selected, the V-Groove is centered on the work space. |

V-Groove is now an octagon V-Groove. Note: Not all templates are available for this feature. | |
VG Width: Select a width for the V-Groove. Width of zero (0) is a Closed V-Groove (cut from front). Any width larger than zero (0) is an Open V-Groove (cut from back/front). NOTE: This is NOT where to adjust V-Groove width if it cuts too narrow/wide. See Configurations Guide for more information. Distance: Distance is the space between V-Groove and the mat/object to which it is attached. V-Groove must be attached to mat/object to specify a distance. Resizing mat/object will also resize the V-Groove, keeping it the distance specified in the distance field. Attach To: Select desired item to attach V-Groove from the Attach To dropdown control. Resizing mat/object will also resize the V-Groove, keeping it the distance specified in the distance field. Cartridge Icon: Click on the Cartridge Icon and select the desired cartridge selection for this V-Groove. Default Cartridge is the 45° normal bevel Cartridge. Type: Select the desired bevel type from the dropdown control.
